Situated in the axis of the ditch of Belfort, Bessoncourt is also located on the European road E 5. The village is quiet and close to a wood, starting point for pleasant walks, towards the valleys of the Ostrich, the Madeleine and the Saint-Nicolas. The last two rivers, from the Baerenkopf through separate paths, join a little more downstream to form the Bourbeuse. Circuit possible from Bessoncourt through the three Rivers and Fontaine.
