Apart from January and February, where it is best to go on the snow at the top of the Ball, the first Sunday of every month is the rendezvous not to be missed for fans of sales and antiques. The Belfort flea market has been in existence since 1966 and today welcomes in the streets around the Place de'more than 120 professional traders. The antique shops of the old town as well as some restaurants and shops take advantage of this morning to open their signs. This market, one of the most important of the East of France, is a real Eden for the chineurs, inhabitants of the corner as collectors from afar, who will find in a friendly atmosphere of the alleys of the last century as well as of trinkets, meubles, antique jewelry, books or chandeliers… There are for all tastes. and all the scholarships! An expert even moves to avoid the sale of copies and new products.
