Good address in Prémanon preparing beautiful and good products with flavors to the appointment.

In the polar complex, here is the "Polar Bistro". A vast and luminous room with a design in keeping with the spirit of the Espace des Mondes Polaires (a door separates them). The furniture and tones are in keeping with the spirit of the building. Sorin is in the kitchen. He has a great professional background, including a long stint at the Brasseries Paul Bocuse. He likes to work with beautiful and good products with a lot of humility. The flavours are there. The menu is not overloaded, because everything is worked fresh. A good address in the heart of the Regional Park.

Un grand merci à l'équipe du Bistrot Polaire. Une fois de plus nous nous sommes régalés, avec probablement la meilleure sélection de viandes du Haut Jura. Espace intimiste avec un service attentionné. A bientôt !

Excellent restaurant ! De belles assiettes généreuses.Tout était très bon,pluma porc ibérique, morilles ...délicieux... Le service était très bien et l endroit plutôt calme. Je vous recommande sans hesitation.
