With more than a century of existence, first as Café Mignon, Le Marchal is a must in the Bruges catering industry. The setting is refined (white cloth tablecloths and napkins, stemmed glasses), the cuisine is inspired by family recipes, but the chef also invites us to discover a cuisine around the world. Cuisine moyenne qui privilegie la quantité au détriment de la finesse ... présentation qui mériterait d'être améliorée pour certains plats. Un peu déçus ... peut-être y retourner pour confirmer ou non cet avis moyen.
