A little tip to help you to be appreciated by the local population: know that Brach is pronounced brache and not brak. There are approximately 745 Brachois and Brachoises in the commune. Having said that, the little commune benefits from an interesting position about 20 kilometres from the Atlantic Ocean and equidistant from the Hourdin and Lacanau lakes (and about 40 kilometres from Bordeaux - it is part of its catchment area. You can discover the church of Saint-Sébastien which dates from the 19th century and was designed by Pierre Auguste Labbé, diocesan architect. The village is a nice stopover during your bike rides.
