Les Chais du Port de la Lune is the first urban winery for wine making and maturing open to the public. Each year, Laurent and Annica, who are at the origin of this audacious project, create unique micro-cuvée wines in an old rehabilitated blockhouse in the Cité Claveau, in Bacalan. All the wine production is made on the spot. The wines produced are atypical and come from all over France: the rows of vines vinified by Laurent and Annica come from the four corners of the French vineyard and are all organically grown.
