The cycling studios are on a roll! These indoor cycling courses are attractive and open all over France. In Bordeaux, Sandrine Werner has opened the Spinbreak Studio. Soft lighting, music at full volume, coach as motivated as ever: keep up the pace! Between 500 and 900 calories burned in 45 minutes of class, that's Spinbreak Studio's promise. You appreciate the quality of the equipment; the bikes swivel 20 degrees to the sides for even more dynamic sessions. In addition, sheathing sessions, Pilates, stretching and gentle gymnastics are on the program.

I had a REALLY amazing workout here; small group feeling, super motivating coachs, a playlist that just had me in the zone for the whole class; not to mention the BIKES! Like nothing I have used before... Hands down, a MUST experience... I just wish there were more studios that get me like Spinbreak. I will be back next time i'm in town!
