At Squashbad33, you can reserve one of the 26 squash courts, 11 badminton courts and 8 padel courts spread over three clubs in Bordeaux, Gradignan and Mérignac. The clubs have a brasserie open to all from Monday to Friday for lunch. At the bar, you can enjoy tapas and a large choice of draught and bottled beers. The cards (10 or 20 games) are valid for 1 year in the three clubs. For the form, you will be given a word of the beautiful surroundings - wood, stone and plants, parquet floors, ², mirrors, ring, shop, fitness and relaxation spaces… - in the heart of the beautiful Tatry gallery. Basically, Sochin has been teaching martial arts for some years in Bordeaux. Abonnements subscriptions allow to practice several of the proposed disciplines - judo, karate, jiu, boxing, aikido, kung-fu, self defence… - to access the training room, to participate in reduced or free rates, to train freely in the premises. No fewer than 40 martial arts courses are available there each week, and internships are regularly organized with international stakeholders. A junior version, the Little Samurai club allows 4-16 years to practice judo, vertical-jujitsu, karate, and traditional weapons for a single subscription price. Thus, younger people cultivate the taste of effort, self-control, relations with others, rather than competition. To be sure that they will like it, before investing in kimono, Sochin offers them, without commitment, some free trial courses, and also baby judo courses for 4-5 years. An on-site shop provides the necessary equipment.

This climbing center is accessible from the age of 4, with an adapted course and no age limits, except for a few workshops limited to 1.20 m. Climb the many colorful and fun climbing walls and workshops 8 m high, and once you've overcome your fear of heights, you can complete the 3 challenges on each wall. Hapik is also an indoor high ropes course. Once you've cleared the various obstacles, you can launch yourself into the void on the zip lines. The center also features an augmented reality wall and an 8 m-high vertical slide.
