Opened in the Saint-Michel district for a few years, this bar-restaurant and jazz club is attached to the reputation of one of its owners: the former member of the Black Desire group, Bertrand Cantat. Here you can enjoy a drink between friends, play pool and even enjoy a few dishes. Products are organic, from small local producers: Orange half-baked liver, cod acras, smoked tab to vine sarment, candied pork cheeks, pavlova with roast pineapple…
In addition to the quality of recipes it is good for concerts that we visit at Quartier Libre. A scene facing the benches has been arranged to this effect, with a small dance floor - one must love proximity. The atmosphere is logically warm and the programming of very good quality.

Ce petit restaurant mérite une visite. En effet dès l’ouverture de la porte une ambiance de bien venu par l’intégralité du personnel. Un barman très doué dans la réalisation des cocktails suivi d’un petit jardin en salle de restaurant bref déjà conquis. À la cuisine très bonne réalisation de l’ensemble des plats par un chef née au pays basque notre pays ce qui nous a fait très plaisir. En fait une super adresse. Signé les bayonnais de passage. Terrasse très sympa à l’arrière du restaurant. Service agréable. Les plats sont très bien cuisinés, avec des produits de qualité.
