Installed for 4 years at Porte de la Monnaie, Le Taquin has been seducing with its double concept: a delicious bistronomic cuisine and a cocktail bar. On the food side, the chef prepares colourful dishes such as green vegetable ravioli and an emulsion of smoked chilli pepper with fig tree wood. For dessert, Marie, the pastry chef, delights the taste buds. Taste his almond financier and bitter almond ganache! On the drinks side, the menu offers more than twenty cocktails, including original recipes inspired by original cocktails: the Hemingway Special (a revisited Daiquiri), the must-have Cosmopolitan with lemon vodka and the Clover Club, invented in the 19th century.
