Southwestern cuisine with notes from Asia in a restaurant in Bordeaux of salads or chipirons.
Eric Satger and Eric Giraud, two epicureans, wanted to share their love of Southwestern cuisine in an original way. The chef imagined a regional cuisine revisited in a bistronomy style, spiced up with subtle notes from Asia and served in the form of dishes to be shared like bites of Landes salad in the maki style. The lunch formula changes every two days. The idea of sharing and conviviality can also be found in the dining room with a few tables d'hôtes and the open kitchen where you can see the chef and his team bustling about.

Open Tuesday to Friday for lunch and dinner; Saturday evening. Menu : about 35 €. Lunch formula: 16.50 € (and 19.50 €). Dish of the day at 13,50 €.
