Petit Futé's opinion on QUANJUDE

Vintage plate 2020

Peking roast duck, fine rice pancake, cébette and leeks in a restaurant in Bordeaux.

This sign was created in 1864 in Qianmen. Today, Quanjude is known for its Peking Peking duck, prepared according to an ancestral recipe with white duck from Ireland. It is served for two people in three steps: first the crispy skin is placed on a fine rice pancake with cébette and leek. Then the master duck master cuts and serves the duck pieces and finishes with the broth. On the plates, all the flavours are amazing. It's a wonderful gastronomic journey!

Ne passez pas à côté du canard laqué. Quel festin! A conseiller!
