Remarkably located on the edge of the future Ribeira promenade, The C Spirits has blossomed on the Corto Maltese square, blending with style and lightness between the MÉCA and the new headquarters of the Caisse d'Epargne. Ah, you know my love of exceptional cellars! I've had this project in mind for two or three years... More than a thousand bottles of spirits from all over the world adorn the walls of the restaurant, including around a hundred rare collectors' bottles. An infinite source of creativity for Roland Guy, our bartender, who signs the exclusive cocktail menu for The C Spirits!

Let's talk about C..

The "C" in The C Spirits is the "C" of cocktails, coffee, cuisine... But also of cigars, Caribbean, Cuba, Che Guevara, Castro, civet, club... The C Spirits has the largest cigar cellar (over four hundred references!) and the largest smoking room in Bordeaux. Equipped with a controlled hygrometry system, our smoking room can also be privatized by cigar clubs. Cigar aficionados will be able to extend their epicurean experience by enjoying the cuisine of our chef Alexis Bertails, trained in Michelin-starred and bistronomic restaurants.

A unique concept requires a unique setting, doesn't it?

Yes, it took over six months of experimentation to create Bordeaux's very first living plant canopy, with over 150 flowering cactus epiphytes. The floor, too, has a story to tell... The C Spirits is a brightly-lit space, open to the outdoors with large, beautiful terraces, but also intimate, chic and elegant.

Are you planning to convert the rooftop, from which we can enjoy the view of the Eiffel Bridge?

Indeed, the idea is to turn it into a tapas bar. Opening planned as soon as the warm weather returns in 2024!
