Tapas, brunches and creative cuisine in a restaurant-bar in Bordeaux using seasonal products.
In Bordeaux, the Bassins à flot district continues to grow! Among the newcomers, the bar-restaurant Joya offers a generous and creative cuisine. A la carte, seasonal products are sublimated in elegant recipes: poultry supreme, mushrooms and its French fries, duck breast and its sweet potato purée, New York cheesecake with white chocolate and red fruits... Traditional dishes to be savoured in a pleasant setting: the room is nicely decorated with high tables, ideal for sharing tapas at night. Sunday is all-you-can-eat brunch day, where savoury dishes and pastries are mixed together. An opulent and varied choice!
