Opening a restaurant where it would be great to enjoy 100% home-cooked, healthy, quality market cuisine has always been Adrien's dream. Thus, he opened La Folie Rouge. While the à la carte menu and the daily menu follow the rhythm of the seasons, we always hope to see the delicious entrecote steak. The service is fast and the plates are gourmet.
