This singular place offers a menu of gourmet sandwiches, made with fresh ingredients and no frozen foods: breads supplied by Bun's Baker, meats sliced each morning and homemade sauces made on the premises. The establishment boasts a retro 90s-inspired ambience, with immersive decor and a friendly atmosphere supported by an attentive team. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., Mitch's invites you to discover a generous and creative culinary experience, where each sandwich is made to order. Among the star creations. The Douglas, with brioche bread, spianata piccante, mortadella with pistachios, mimolette, fresh tomato, iceberg salad and pesto sauce; the Bel Air, with smoked beef, chicken ham, onion confit and honey-mustard sauce. The Do It Yourself, a customizable formula that lets you compose your own sandwich with the ingredients, proteins and sauces of your choice. Mitch's also offers a selection of salads, side dishes, pinsas (Roman pizzas) and hot dishes such as the Gabriel, Rocky or Giovanni. To enhance your meal, formulas include drinks and desserts, and a takeaway or delivery service via Uber Eats is also available. A must for all lovers of quality street food in Bordeaux.
