Do you like sushi? We have an excellent Japanese address in Bordeaux! Quai des Chartrons is the Enseigne ensign held by Chief Xuan Wu. Don't expect a traditional Japanese. Here you can enjoy original flavours in the southwest. The rolls to duck magret and foie gras took place in the middle of the inventive recipes of the chef. The good surprise is also in the place: A first room invites you either to the bar area, where you can admire the chef working, or sitting side, then a long corridor, which turns regularly into art gallery, which allows you to discover the artists and photographers of the region, take you in a pretty room with white stone walls. In this intimate area you will taste your fresh Scottish salmon Sashimis (Red Label) under the natural light of the beautiful glass roof. It is of course possible to take your order for an improvised picnic on the river Garonne, or to get you to the office or home.
