Here's a great place to eat well. Situated on the edge of a recently-developed lake, the place could be reminiscent of a waterside guinguette. But here, the two young chefs, graduates of the Arbois and Poligny hotel schools, have created a gastronomic venue in a refined yet convivial setting. Regional products take pride of place in a creative cuisine that sublimates its crayfish tails with a marmalade of marinated citrus fruits, stuffs its gougères with snails, mushrooms and cancoillotte, tops a duck half-magret with an escalope of foie gras, scatters pistachios in a hare terrine and accompanies its fillet of féra with a Pontarlier cream... Fondues and other classics are also on the menu. As for the lunchtime menu, it changes daily.
