The location of this beautiful hotel-restaurant, away from the hustle and bustle of the resort, is much appreciated, as is the attentive welcome and top-of-the-range cuisine. Guests enjoy their meals in the 50-seat panoramic dining room, whose interior has been entirely decorated by pastellist David Lorusso. The products served are local and seasonal, even noble: gourmet salad with quail fillets, filet de saint-pierre with citrus sauce, venison stew with forgotten vegetables, seasonal fruit tarts for dessert. Sophisticated presentations. Special evenings for carnival or other events, fashion shows: there's no shortage of entertainment. The Manoir des Montagnes is also a hotel with 4 rooms and 6 suites, renovated with taste and refinement, plus an unusual accommodation: a small chalet, the Mamon, with private spa. Dans un cadre magnifique, l’hôtel, très confortable, surprend par sa déco originale et son ambiance chaleureuse.
Tout est pensé avec goût.
Une attention portée au moindre détail, que ce soit dans l’assiette, l’accueil ou le confort.
Une cuisine délicieuse, des vins choisis, un service très professionnel et agréable et un rapport qualité/prix parfait.
La chambre était belle et spacieuse avec un joli balcon de bois donnant sur un paysage magnifique.
Cerise sur le gâteau, l’hôte de ces lieux allie raffinement et humour.
Un séjour qui nous a enchantés, on reviendra!
La chambre était très bien décorée avec du beau mobilier. Petit bémol sur le matelas qui était un peu creux sur le milieu du lit (je glissais vers mon épouse pendant la nuit, mais est-ce un défaut ? ????). Très bien dormi. Réveil accompagné des cloches des vaches dans le pré d’à côté.
Une vue superbe le matin au petit-déjeuner, très complet et très bon.
Nous avons pris un repas le premier soir au restaurant. Excellent avec des plats bien présentés et délicieux.
Un grand merci au propriétaire qui nous a reçu, tout en discrétion et en simplicité.
