During a 1h30 guided tour, you'll first learn about the history of this former flour mill converted to sturgeon farming, and then discover the meticulous craft of sturgeon breeding - a species that looks like a prehistoric creature... At the end of the visit? The long-awaited tasting session and a detour to the boutique to buy some exceptional caviar. Tasting formulas are available all year round, starting at 12 euros.
