Restaurant offering an authentic cuisine 100% Corsican in Biganos.

A small tour on the Island of Beauty? Why not, even if you stay on the ocean shore... A Casa Corsa is a 100% Corsican establishment. All the products come from "there" or almost. The cooking is authentic and it takes us to a very exotic gustatory journey around the Corsican black pudding, the chicken with muscatel from Cap Corse or the rack of lamb with herbs from the maquis. Before leaving, stock up on Corsican products at the grocery store. There is also an online store. Some concerts are organized and privatizations are possible.

Service très froid. Le restaurant est situé sur un parking dans un zonning …. Nourriture peu qualitative : poulet industriel dans la salade César qui est à peine nettoyée. Pâtes servies tièdes.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous y allons et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Nous le recommandons aussi bien pour le déjeuner que le dîner. Bravo à l’équipe pour le choix des produits. Ne pas oublier le café gourmand !

Très bon plat du jour.
Un peu déçus de l'assiette de charcuterie vu le prix (16e).
La qualité est là, mais le rapport qualité/prix mériterai d'être revu (surtout pour un midi en semaine).
