Restaurant in Dole realizing a generous kitchen and a slate of meats and skewers with a Basque cake.
With its "medieval" ambience yesterday, and "musketeer" atmosphere today, the walls of this restaurant continue to plunge us into history. The Goy couple, who previously ran their twin brother's restaurant in Dijon, now devote themselves exclusively to their Doloise business. Here, they bring the South-West to life: foie gras, confits, duck breast, cassoulet... A generous cuisine, including themed salads. Meats whispered on the slate. Try "La potence Gascogne": beef and duck skewers, flambéed with Armagnac and a variety of sauces. A Basque cake will round off the feast.

C est un lieu très atypique où l'accueil y est très bon et la cuisine est tout simplement extra tout le long du service ont s occupe de vous avec attention je recommande ce lieux ????????

Dans un cadre magnifique, le repas servi était très bon et copieux, pourtant nous étions un groupe de 40 personnes. Le personnel est super sympa et très agréable. Très bonne adresse. Merci à toute l'équipe.
