A remarkable panorama for this table perched on the Mont Roland and a kitchen that will also make you take the height.

In the region, we know this establishment which was run for years by Jean-Louis Bouvet. The institution is now in the hands of Franck Prillard, well known for having run the Strasbourg in Lons. He has skilfully combined the tradition of the house with his own identity. The welcome remains warm and the setting has not changed under the glass roof or on the terrace. The menu changes 4 times a year and follows the best offer in fresh products. Including the traditional dishes of the region. A new management that continues to honour the profession.

Hôtel confortable.. restaurant moyen à cause d’un serveur responsable de salle peu aimable.. non commerçant.. pas de sourire malgré nos menus à 49€ + une bouteille de Chablis.. j’avais l’intention de revenir mais face à un manque d’amabilité, je réserverai ailleurs la prochaine fois..

Restaurant magnifiquement situé avec des chambres. Chambre 2 très tortueuse et étroite. Repas au restaurant très bon. Nous y retournerons volontiers

Un endroit génial. Extrêmement bonne nourriture et des gens très sympas là-bas. Les chiens sont les bienvenus.
Un paysage magnifique. Superbe point de départ pour des promenades mais aussi des randonnées.
