After ten years at the helm of their restaurant in Miribel, Lucie and Olivier have moved to their brand new restaurant in Château-Chalon. The decor is very successful, with bright spaces and a contemporary touch that exudes charm and tasteful, made-in-Jura design. The cuisine bears the imprint of the various prestigious establishments where Olivier Perrard cut his teeth, both in France and abroad. It is refined, evolving with the seasons and verging on the stars, both literally and figuratively!
