In the heart of the Saint-Antoine Hospital, built for the pilgrims of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, come and discover this astonishing collection of old glass or earthenware medicine jars. Dating from the beginning of the 18th century, this place is a remarkable collection as it does not exist anymore or very few in France... It is one of the great treasures of the city of Bazas! In beautiful carved oak woodwork, the collection ranges from local glassware to various stanniferous earthenware pots, including Bordeaux and 18th century pots.
