Located on the most beautiful square in Bazas, Bœuf Pop promises a real moment of indulgence and conviviality. Meat lovers won't be disappointed, especially as all dishes are prepared on the premises using local ingredients: the meat arrives fresh from the Charrier butcher's shop, and the burger buns come hot from the Sauboua bakery. The menu is constantly evolving, but features at least one vegetarian dish. Tartar with home fries and French toast are among the restaurant's great specialties.

Avec des amies, nous avons déjeuné au restaurant Le Boeuf Pop de Bazas ce midi. Le restaurant se situe sur la place de la Cathédrale, sous les arcades de la cité médiévale. Il est facile de trouver une place de stationnement gratuit à proximité sur la place de la Cathédrale. Le restaurant dispose d'une salle intérieure, d'une terrasse sous les arcades, rallongée par une autre terrasse devant les arcades, abritée par des parasols. L'accueil y a été des plus cordiaux et sympathique. Les professionnels ont été prévenants et attentionnés. Les plats que nous avons choisis étaient délicieux et copieux. Enfin, question tarif, il était tout à fait correct par rapport à la qualité et au goût des aliments servis. En bref, je recommande vivement
