Traditional table very well held in Baume-les-Messieurs carrying out beautiful fish of the market, of sea or fresh water.

Just a stone's throw from the abbey, here is a traditional restaurant run very well by Christine and Didier Favre. For nearly 20 years, they have made their restaurant a gastronomic reference. The room has a country bistro feel to it where you feel at ease. The menu changes regularly. The chef likes to work with beautiful fish: don't be surprised if you are offered some according to the market opportunity, whether they are sea or fresh water. The wine list is very well constructed. 3 rooms will allow you to stay in this old building of the 15th century.

Mes amis et moi sommes venus nous restaurer au milieu d'une randonnée autour de Baumes-les-Monsieurs.
Les gaufres étaient très bonnes, et le vin chaud préparé à partir de Vin blanc était excellant. Très réconfortant, nous conseillons fortement.
