As starters, you can opt for the tavern keeper's salad with walnut kernels, pot de rilles and grilled country bread, Jurassian crust ...Moreover, you can enjoy its hot dishes such as forest entrecote , pike-perch fillet with Arbois savagnin sauce, Comté cheese fondue and many others. Fondue, poulet au vin jaune et morilles. Et pas deux petites morilles qui se battent en duel. Le tout accompagné de vin du Jura de la fruitière vinicole de Pupillin. Le top.
Parcontre réservation obligatoire, pour pouvoir y avoir une table. C'est vous dire qu'on y mange bien.
J'y reviendrai, encore.
