Chef Yoann Rebaudo criss-crosses the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region with his Gavroche food-truck for both private and business events.
Aboard his red 80s van, in a country atmosphere, chef Yoann Rebaudo cooks meats and fish a la plancha with a good taste of the South-West. Duck breast, burger, paella... Menus are drawn up in advance (vegetarian possible) and prepared in this atypical vintage estafette! Brunch can be French or Anglo-Saxon... Yoann is available throughout the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region for your private and professional events (seminars, team building...). Le Gavroche Food-truck also rents out decorations and beer taps....
