An institution that is somewhat veillissante. The two main rooms cater for both the indigenous and the curistes and holidaymakers, with menus calibrated in a classic (too) good tone: Cassolette of snails, perch with saffron, Luxeuil ham, glacé delight. Seafood is also on the map.
