DOMAINE DE RAPATEL
Read moreThe Domain is located at approximately 5 km from the bastide, and is composed of 7,5 ha of chestnut orchards. There is a traditional chestnut grove that is more than 50 years old, as well as an orchard where only the "Marigoule" variety of chestnut trees grow. At the Vigouroux mill, the chestnuts are ground by two heavy granite millstones. They will give a fragrant flour which has the particularity of being gluten free and which allows to make gnocchi, pasta, bread, cakes, etc. The products can be bought on site and online.
