The pizza dough is kneaded every day by hand and baked in a sole oven. It is crisp and well stocked with fresh quality products. You can also enjoy calzone (Neapolitan slippers), pasta with tasty sauces, antipasti that you can share and great classics: salads, risotto, carpaccio (beef and beans), osso bucco, milanese escalope, not to mention the famous gelati. The kitchen is open to the room, which is large - it can accommodate 170 people - and the terrace has a capacity of 130 people.
