LE FOUR GOURMAND
David is aboard this really gourmet oven that offers pizzas to take away. They are made with a homemade dough that has been left to rest for 48 hours for more lightness, the final gourmet result being the result of cooking over a wood fire. Sauces are also prepared homemade, tomato (without preservatives), pepper, parsley, marinade and spicy oil, just like vegetables. If many ingredients are Italian (mozzarella di Bufala, parmesan, fontina, Parma ham...), those of Périgord are also available: farm chicken, goat and honey, not to mention Sarlat beers to accompany (or sparkling pink lambrusco on the Italian side). The pizza of the month is a beautiful and renewed surprise. Veggie, meat or fish, you can compose as you please according to your taste or the inspiration of the moment. The dessert pizzas are interesting, with Nocciolata, organic spread without palm oil. This oven is widely tested and adopted by young people in the surrounding training centres.
