A slow-food farmhouse inn. Pierre-François Maestracci, son of a winegrower and pioneer of slow-food in Corsica, welcomes you to the gardens of the family home. Under century-old trees, amid lush vegetation, a well-orchestrated ballet of daily specials and pizzas unfolds. The plates are generous, the vegetables organic from the kitchen garden, the fishing is local and daily, the Ribella craft beer comes from the village, and the cocktails are inspired.

On holiday in Patrimonio in July 2012, I discovered this restaurant and bar in the open air. Super after noon to rest in the quiet and excellent evening start one evening entertainment and nice (super atmosphere, owner, musicians some evenings). I appreciated the corsican cuisine and organic beer Ribella (for me, a preference for brown). A place which soon became a cult place of our holiday: -)

20/20 for this restaurant flaming atmosphere returned fine days. The menu offers very pleasant surprise (Corsican pig's trotters, whelks,...). You also get there for the beer (brewed right side) which is very appreciated! Highly recommended!
