The village is surrounded by forests and high peaks, making it a good starting point for discovering the region's natural treasures. The small village consists of a few dwellings and abandoned sheepfolds. Further afield, a few ruined hamlets bear witness to a bygone era when the region was more prosperous. In addition to its parish church, you can visit the ruins of the Santu-Petru church in Chiumi, as well as the former Santa Maria convent, which offers a beautiful panorama of the Fango springs. Heading south away from the village, you come to the hamlet of Monte Estremo and its grotte de l'ours, nicknamed the cave of hell.
