An address out of time that this small Casanu (home-made in Corsican language) and here nothing is like elsewhere! No terrace, a tiny room, a rustic decoration and a minimalist choice of slate ... An unpretentious restaurant where quality and a warm welcome are the order of the day. The Japanese chef Hiromassa Omae's skill is remarkable. He is as skillful behind his tiny ovens as he was on the waves when he was passionate about windsurfing. Reservation is essential to enjoy one of these apple green benches!
