In the old town above the port, Le Tire-Bouchon offers old-fashioned cuisine, rich in the Mediterranean know-how of the owner, Maria du Lido. On the menu: cuttlefish in ink, Corsican veal osso buco cooked at low temperature, long-cooked beef ribs, brocciu fritters, Sicilian-style octopus salad and homemade desserts. When it comes to drinks, Corsican wines take pride of place, of course! It's the ideal place to discover traditional Corsican cuisine at a very reasonable price.

une cuisine authentique et copieuse. des lasagnes à tomber comme je n'en avais jamais mangé. une adresse incontournable à calvi avec des patrons super acceuillants. je recommande chaudement ????

Surprise de le trouver ouvert un midi. Nous nous sommes régalés.
Salade césar fraîche et très bien garni. Cannelloni au brocciu goûteux.
