The address is unmissable at the crossroads of the four roads leading to Zonza. The plates are generous, nicely decorated and served with spirit. To savor for example, the trekker's plate, a meal in itself, the maquisarde plate with salmon, the filet mignon of pork flambéed with myrtle brandy, the lamb mouse and the beef filet au gratin with Corsican tomme with its panzetta chips and some home-made desserts. Good value for money, fast and professional service and a magnificent panorama of the valley and the peaks of Bavella.

L’auberge porte bien son nom, nous nous sommes faits chasser comme des sangliers !
Refus catégorique de nous servir (peut être parce que nous n’avions pas « l’allure corse »).
