Lion de Roccapina is a site featuring mysterious natural sculptures whose first guardian is the lion.

If the south-west of Corsica abounds in megalithic human works dating back to the early days of mankind in Corsica, it also offers natural and mysterious sculptures, in the forefront of which is the guardian of the cape of Roccapina: the lion. Indeed, not far from the alignments of Stantari and Renaju or the dolmen of Fontannaccia, and once past the river Ortolo, stands a rocky spur that you can see from the state road 196, which connects Sartene to Bonifacio, the famous and majestic lion.

Rocher du lion Arrêt sur le bord de la route pour admirer cette particularité : un rocher en forme de tête de lion. C’est une attraction naturelle qui permet de situer la plage de Roccapina . Cette crique est d’une beauté naturelle bordée de roches et du maquis. Le sable est blanc et l’eau éclatante de pureté avec des couleurs turquoises.
