A much-appreciated genuine Corsican menu, excellent authentic cuisine to match the Sartène setting.
A garden perched in the shade of century-old trees next to the Échauguette and the chef's delicious cuisine with generous plates, this is the meeting place for many regulars: soup, lasagne with brocciu, veal stew à la sartenaise and the new brazier where meats, burgers and veal sausages are served. A fine wine list and top-notch welcome make for a dream meal where you'll feel pampered from starter to dessert. 100% Sarten cheeses and the inevitable chocolate moelleux. We just love it!

Open from mid-April to the end of September. Closed 1 day/week. Reservations recommended. Single menu at €30 (cotse menu). A la carte menu: approx. €29. Children's menu: €10. Wine by the glass. 3 starters 3 main courses 3 desserts. Baby chairs. Garden. Terrace.
Owner's Message
You will be able to admire from this terrace the whole valley until the gulf of Valinco. Very beautiful sight on the sea.
Three formulas are proposed to you: the Corsican menu, the Delight menu or your choice "à la carte". Children can take the Bambino menu.
It is in this historical setting that you can taste all the Corsican specialities.
