Warm atmosphere of stone, wood and old photos for a real authentic Corsican cuisine served generously by Marina and Manu: Corsican soup, cold cuts, veal tripettes, snails in the Corsican way, Corsican veal sauté, beef cheek, tartar and chestnut flan, traditional coffee tiramisu, French toast... For the smart ones of the off-season, in winter it's around the chimney, sausage, figatellu and the very nice atmosphere of the village!
