A pretty find, a little hidden on the Cours Balisoni in the heart of the village of Olmeto, open all year round. Warm atmosphere of stone, wood and old photos for a real authentic Corsican cuisine served generously by Marina and Manu: Corsican soup, cold cuts, veal tripettes, snails in the Corsican way, Corsican veal sauté, beef cheek, tartar and chestnut flan, traditional coffee tiramisu, French toast... For the smart ones of the off-season, in winter it's around the chimney, sausage, figatellu and the very nice atmosphere of the village!

Le jeune homme et son papa en salle sont particulièrement accueillant et souriant. Ça fait plaisir ! (Pensez à réserver et prévoir du cash car pas de CB)

Les 4 Alsaciens
Au niveau des plats : tout était succulent mais très copieux donc attention si vous n'avez pas un appétit d'ogre évitez plat de charcuteries à partager (25€) + plat (entre 20 et 40€) ou sinon vous serez privé de dessert (7.50€) !
Au niveau des vins compter environ 35€ la bouteille.
Nous avons passé une excellente soirée avec, cerise sur le gâteau, des chants corses.
