Here, he is in contact with the ducks and geese from his farm, to the sale on the markets. That's why the shop is often closed in the morning, he is often in Périgueux, Trélissac or Saint Yrieix. He enhances our gustatory desires from foie gras, and his figs filled with duck foie gras are snatched up like little candies.
