Set in the middle of Pero beach, Amélie and Stéphane Colonna's paillote is a real eye-catcher, with its beautiful furniture and driftwood. It's a relaxed place to eat. On the menu: fish tartare, bandit bread, cuttlefish a la plancha, baked or grilled local fish, tuna tataki and other homemade desserts. Deckchairs and umbrellas make for a comfortable siesta, and there's non-stop ice cream for daytime munchies. We also love the lounge area for Dume cocktails!
