Travel Guide Arbori

The municipality consists of the hamlets of Mercolaccia and Parapoghju with pink granite houses. Each hamlet has a neoclassical church and the road to Arbori is worth a visit, as the scenery is so spectacular. Indeed, situated in the Liamone valley, Arbori is built on a ridge surrounded by mountainous and wooded reliefs. For sports enthusiasts, there is a mountain bike trail on the D1. Go down to the bridge of Truggia (or Truja) and follow the Liamone on 14.5 km of forest track, arriving on the D56, road to Coggia. The remains of the Leca castle are located on the road to Trughja and dominated the Liamone river.
