Chef Lambert and his brother Benjamin have masterfully taken over the Merendella Citadina behind the Cathedral. Whether you choose the pretty dining room or the terrace, you'll enjoy professional, slow-food cuisine based on local, seasonal produce: charcuterie from Vivario, 7h confit pig's shoulder, spaghetti with gritta (spider crab) and other specialties concocted by a passionate chef. There's also a fine selection of excellent Corsican and international wines, as the chef, like a good Alsatian, loves the right pairings!
