Not a single wrinkle and no weariness for this famous 20123 which spends the years skating happily. The restaurant, in the heart of the city, is still here today and the concept is still as attractive as ever. List of Corsican wines and some continental wines. To discover on the large tables: the traditional charcuterie, the timeless Corsican veal stew with olives, the fresh tripetti in Corsican style, which move the crowds, and the indestructible cream with chestnut flour. Four beautiful rooms and a quiet terrace for a total change of scenery and the good surprise will come from the local singers who regularly visit the places singing in choir songs and improvised guitars to enhance the evenings always joyfully animated.

Par contre surtout arrivé avec l'estomac vide car c'est très copieux.
Mais c'est tellement bon ....

Le service n'est pas agréable
On a laissé presque tous les plats sans toucher et personne ne demande si c'est bon ou pas, juste là pour apporter les plats et débarrasser.
Nous avons été conseillés par l'Office du tourisme, et à mon tour je déconseille fortement.
Un dîner sous un ciel étoilé dans un restaurant qui a reconstitué la place d'un village ancien corse. Dépaysement garanti !

Cuisine corse généreuse et délicieuse, vin corse et eau à volonté que l'on va chercher à la fontaine.
