A visit to this House will reveal that in 1952 Gérard Fresnet dug a cellar to make his own wines. Over time, local property acquisitions enabled him to install a new winery and press to guarantee the quality of his champagne. The Louis de Sacy Champagne is named after this man of letters, academician and brilliant lawyer of the th century. The Maison Louis de Sacy is located in Verzy, a land «Grand Cru», very famous on the slopes of the Mountain of Reims, as only other municipalities in the region.
