For more than 15 years now, La Cave Colbert has been the place to be for lovers of fine bubbles in search of beautiful nuggets to discover, whether they be brut, blanc de blancs, from a passionate winegrower or from a great house that needs no introduction. Guillaume Rodriguez offers a fine selection of bottles for all budgets. Local wines, without added sulphites or from biodynamic agriculture, but also rare bottles (cognac, armagnac, whiskies) for special occasions. You will leave here with the perfect bottle to make your evenings sparkle!

Super expérience ! Conseil d’expert, chaque vin est accompagné d’explications, dégustations possible … avec le sourire. On a adoré. Un caviste comme on en rêve ????

Belle petite boutique, c’est très propre et les bouteilles sont bien présentées, le vendeur n’est pas spécialement souriant mais poli et ça me suffit.
