While the establishment has kept the famous oven that made its reputation, the windows now showcase Pauline Arrigault's magnificent pastry creations in an invitingly gourmet setting. From seasonal fruit tarts to pavlova and tiramisu rémois, each dessert is a real jewel, just waiting to be savored. As for the bakery, her husband Anthony, a baker from grandfather to grandson, takes care of the breads. You'll find timeless sourdough breads and new creations that go wonderfully well with home-made jam.

The latest addition to Stéphane and Peggy Kikel is the Garance bakery! A gourmet place named after their daughter, it is the perfect complement to their three other establishments in the Cernay district. After the bistro-gastro, the food bar and the caterer, all that was missing was a good address to enjoy a good sourdough bread and some sweets at home. Between a rich variety of breads, original pastries and gourmet viennoiseries, you will also find some savory pleasures, something to eat well or eat on the go at lunch time, generous sandwiches well filled, savory pies and delicious truffled croques.
